About Us

FREEDOM 

Faithful to Christ—Our lives are to reflect our Savior’s faithfulness to God and strive daily to be more like Him in our Christian walk (Eph. 2:10).

 

Reaching the World—Our goal is to be an Acts 1:8 church beginning in Mount Vernon and

reaching throughout the world through mission opportunities (Acts 1:8).

 

Effectually Praying—We commit to being a “house of prayer.” We delight in the

privilege of prayer and believe in its power (Matt. 21:13).

 

Extending Invitations—We invite people to know Christ as Savior and joyfully welcome them into our fellowship to grow and mature their faith (Luke 14:23).

 

Devoted to God—In everything, we submit our lives and ministries to God, knowing that His

will and purpose is best (Luke 18:28).

 

Obedience to the Bible—We believe the Bible is God breathed through faithful writers without

errors and is the source of all truth for living (2 Tim. 3:16).

 

Ministry Training—Our responsibility is to not only learn and apply God’s truth, but to train

others to do the work of ministry (Eph. 4:11-13).

 

Freedom is a wonderful place to worship Christ and serve others. Our goal is to know Christ fully and to fully make Him known to others.
